Roger popped the question back in October 2012, we haven’t discussed marriage plans since then.
Today, we started lightly talking our future wedding. Considering, we were thinking about running off to Lake Tahoe and getting hitched in September.
We decided against that because both of us want to include friends and family. I feel some people would feel pretty disappointed not being included.
I started realizing once we began talking about the guest list how intense planning a wedding is. Gee whiz.
Just talking about it started to overwhelm me . I told Roger to cut it out and how we aren’t in a hurry. ME, the girl who is supposed to be a wedding obsessed freak said that! He was totally into planning it.
Cracks me up how the role switched. I love him. So much.

Congratulations! I had a great time planning our wedding. It was fun picking out things we liked together. Looking back, it was such an exciting time.
